McGee Air Services is looking for a Sr. Corporate Recruiting Manager to join our Corporate Recruiting and Talent Acquisition team. This working leadership role requires expertise in all areas of talent acquisition and is not opposed to rolling up their sleeves to assist with requisitions as necessitated. This role will partner with our station leaders to develop and implement resource deployment strategies while ensuring our staffing levels are maintained across the network.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement the talent acquisition vision and strategy that sets McGee Air Services apart as an employer of choice to support current and future growth of our organization.
  • Continue to innovate on company strategy for candidate sourcing by leveraging all available tactics including social media, company website, job boards, team member referrals, hiring events and campaigns, recruiting tools and agencies where appropriate.
  • Identify industry trends and areas of opportunity to implement strategies that will attract, hire and source the best internal and external talent while focusing on candidate experience.
  • Stay abreast of best in class recruiting practices to foster an environment of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Build strong, credible relationships with senior leaders and hiring managers operating as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to promote shared ownership around talent outcomes.
  • Develop, implement and administer the onboarding program. Analyze program to determine effectiveness and ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies.
  • Establish innovate candidate sourcing strategies to improve upon the diversity and strength of the talent pipeline.
  • Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding recruiting process and utilize feedback to evolve and improve the candidate experience.
  • Develop and/or evaluate salary recommendations based on company's comprehensive compensation strategy & program. Extend and negotiate salary offers with selected candidates.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team and provide a vision to recruiting management and support staff.
  • Identify and measure key metrics to gauge recruitment status and create accompanying scorecards including cost-per-hire, hiring cycle time, quality of hire, turnover, competitive hiring measures, and forecasting.
  • Demonstrate and maintain open and honest communication, creating an inclusive, engaging and high-performance culture that demonstrates McGee's values of Safety, Service, Integrity, Mutual Respect, Accountability and Pride.

QUALIFICIATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree specializing in Human Resources, Business Management, Organizational Development, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • Four years' recruitment experience (Identifying, screening and interviewing candidates).
  • Six years' experience working in human resources, recruiting, compliance or other related fields.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong consulting skills including negotiation, persuasion, coaching, teaching, influencing, listening and objectivity.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with aggressive timelines and flexible enough to quickly adjust and respond to multiple changes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to analyze data, understand trends, and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis
  • Ability to develop and motivate team members and maximize individual and team performance
  • High degree of independent decision making and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proactive insight and strategic thinking.
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Flexibility to support travel (approximately 25-40%) required
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Greater Seattle Area
